At Plush in a Rush, the cart minimum for checkout is $150, but you can mix and match products to reach this amount. Our case packs vary depending on the product, typically ranging from 6 to 48 units per case. Custom-printed items may have higher minimums. Please check the product details for specific information.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship the same or next business day, excluding peak season (January). Delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order. For custom orders, production times may vary, so please allow extra time for customization. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a full money-back guarantee, including shipping, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
