Product Information and Return Policy

As a designer and distributor of plush toys that has served customers throughout America for 25 years, we try our best every day to sell products you're more than happy to buy.

  • Return Policy - If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an authorization number. Once the merchandise is returned, we'll refund your payment. Sorry, no returns allowed on custom-printed or custom-made items, nor do we accept returns on seasonal goods if purchased within 7 days of its respective holiday (e.g., purchasing Valentine's Day merchandise on February 12th).

  • Quality Our plush toys are stuffed with soft fiber fill.  This means the plush toys you receive will have a huggable quality suitable for gift and floral shops, craft stores, gift baskets, charitable events or any other occasion where high quality stuffed toys are desired.

  • Measurements As a rule, we measure our product as presented. For example, if a teddy bear is presented as a sitting bear, we measure its height while sitting. Most of our products are either designated as either a sitting, laying or cuddle (standing) piece.

  • Product Safety All of our products meet US safety standards and are hypoallergenic. We recommend our products for children ages three and up and that you remove all tags and its plastic fastener before giving to children.

  • Pricing - All prices listed are wholesale prices and customers must meet our $150 minimum to open an account.

  • Payments - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & PayPal. We also accept purchase orders from schools and other government institutions. We now offer Net 60 terms for qualified buyers through Resolve. Click here to apply.
