At Plush in Rush, we have been helping customers for over 25 years by providing quality plush toys at great prices. Whether you need a few dozen stuffed animals to fill the shelves or tens of thousands of teddy bears for an ongoing program, we're here to help!

For customers needing a large quantity of teddy bears or stuffed animals running in the thousands or tens of thousands, we now offer our Plush Concierge service, which is a personalized management of your very large order. Through Plush Concierge, there are several ways we can fulfill your order depending on your needs.

1) Purchase from our stock

If you don’t need a specific item, or you're not too choosy about the items you need, allow us to provide you a "shortlist" of basic plush toys we carry in large amounts. You can mix and match from that list to get to the quantity and selection you need. 

• No need to warehouse your plush, wait for your order, or provide payment months in advance
• Pick out what you want, we'll confirm the quantities and ship your order within one to two business days
• Note: Your choices are limited to what we have on hand. Items you buy for one occasion may not be available the next time you make a purchase
• Shipping costs tend to be between 8 and 12 percent of purchase price depending on size of product, volume and destination

2) Reserve a specific stock item for future delivery

If you love one or more of our specific stock items so much that you never want to run out of that particular item(s), this option might be best for you. Tell us how many you want and how often, and we will develop a customized supply chain cycle that will deliver on a schedule that suits your needs. 

• Never run out of your favorite plush toys!
• For larger quantities, we can add a custom-printed hang tag or t-shirt to promote your brand
• It can take several months to establish your customized supply chain, but then it will be set for the future.
• Once your supply chain is in place, we can send you your entire order when it's made, or we can warehouse your order and ship them in ordered batches
• Shipping costs tend to be between 8 and 12 percent of purchase price depending on size of product, volume and destination
• 50% down payment required for orders

Customers who need to reliably stock a specific product (or set of products) at all times and are able to plan and wait for their initial order.

3) Custom-Design a unique plush toy

If you have a unique idea for a plush toy, let us design and make it for you! We can produce a sample from a drawing, model, or maybe you just want to slightly modify one of our existing products to suit your needs. 

• Get something that no one else has, unique to your brand or purpose.
• We require a $350 fee to produce a sample. That amount will be applied to your final purchase
• Minimum run is between 2,400 and 4,800 pieces depending on the size of your item and its complexity
• Orders under 12,000 units may be limited in the types of materials and fabrics you can utilize. We'll consult with you on your best available options
• Your order typically arrives within three to six months after approval of the sample (if you will need this item on an ongoing basis, we can develop a customized supply chain cycle that will deliver on a schedule that suits your needs).
• After arrival, we can send you your entire order when it's made, or we can warehouse your order and ship them in ordered batches
• Shipping costs tend to be between 8 and 12 percent of purchase price depending on size of product, volume and destination
• 50% down payment required for orders
