As an experienced designer and distributor of plush toys, we work hard to keep shipping costs as reasonable and easy to understand as possible.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Your final shipping charge will always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping is determined by three main factors:
Plush in a Rush ships from Dallas, Texas, so orders shipping within Texas and nearby areas generally cost less than orders shipping to the East Coast, West Coast, or other farther destinations.
The type of merchandise you purchase can also affect the shipping rate. Some plush items are oversized and require more box space, such as our 14" Colorama Bears. Other items, such as t-shirts and bandannas, take up very little additional space when shipped with plush.
Because plush toys are bulky, shipping is often based more on box size than weight. We do our best to keep rates fair while making sure your order is packed and shipped properly.
Local Pickup
You may also pick up your order at our showroom and warehouse in Dallas, Texas, conveniently located near the Design District.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO, AE, or other military addresses, please place your order and we will contact you with the actual shipping rate.
Shipping to these locations is often significantly higher than standard UPS Ground rates within the contiguous United States.
Expedited Shipping
We discourage expedited deliveries, such as Next Day Air, because plush toys are bulky and expedited shipping is usually not cost effective.
However, if you need your plush toys faster than standard UPS Ground delivery, please place your order by phone at 1.800.886.8602 and we’ll do our best to help.
International Shipping
We no longer ship to addresses outside the United States due to prohibitive shipping costs.
UPS Ground Delivery Times
We ship most orders via UPS Ground. Please refer to the map below for estimated time in transit.
For example, if you place an order on Monday, most Texas customers will receive their order on Tuesday. Customers in Oregon would typically receive their order later in the week.
