Our winner for August 2019 is BACA in Knoxville, Arkansas


Once a month we randomly select a name from our newsletter subscribers, and this month Tim Smith was our winner. He's a volunteer at Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA), a non-profit that works with law enforcement agencies and how they deal with victims of child abuse.
